Cancellation policy

In accordance with ProCom’s cancellation policy:

1.)If the cancellation is done a week (August 27th) or less before the event, 50% of the participation fee is charged.

2.)If the cancellation is done on August 31st or after that, the full participation fee is charged.

3.)Because of the uncertain circumstances surrounding COVID-19, this cancellation policy is flexible depending on the situation at hand!
